  • "I had arrived in Rapid City for a week long trip with friends when I discovered a balding back tire. I Had actually scheduled an appointment with the Indian Dealership in Sturgis to work on my Victory when I ran across a fellow rider in a gas station across the interstate. He recommended Rice Powersports highly. I literally dropped in at 8am and the service garage garage door opened as I pulled up. Got 2 new tires mounted and balanced and out the door by 10am!! And charged me 2/3% what Indian was quoting. I'll definitely shop there and refer these guys. Outstanding service!!"

  • "My two brothers and I visited the Black Hills area in June of 2020. When we left Missouri my front tire looked fine but after 6 days and 2000 miles it was looking questionable for a 850 mile ride home. We arrived at the dealership at about 8:50 am on Saturday. I wasn't too hopeful about getting any service on a Saturday-not to mention the front tire I needed wasn't real common. Anyway we were second in line and Jeff Yorkey quickly got my bike in and they had not one but two tires in inventory that fit my bike. I figured it would be at least 2-3 hours of waiting so I was really surprised that 45 minutes later my bike was done and we were back on the road. Awesome! I swill also say that while we were in Rapid City one of my brothers t-boned a car coming out of a parking lot. GRRRR! HE went down on his Goldwing and was concerned that his trip may be over due to a possible bent fork. Jeff Yorkey and crew wheeled his bike into the garage area checked it over for about 1.5 hours and gave us a thunbs up . Apparently nothing was bent and we continued our trip with no further incidents. I have had good service at Honda Dealers before, but nothing comes close to Rice's Rapid Motorsports. Thanks guys!"

  • "I was vacationing in South Dakota on my 06 Victory Vegas the last week of August, 2019. On Thursday, 8/29/19 my clutch cable snapped while in the Badlands. I looked up shops in Rapid City and was directed to Rice as they used to be a Victory dealer. Amazingly they had a clutch cable for my bike. I showed up around 4:30pm and dropped off my bike. Around 10:45 am on Friday they called to let me know it was ready to pick up. I was shocked at the fast turnaround. Some people I would like to mention: Brock answered my phone call and was very helpful. Looked up the part and directed me to the dealership. Jeremy, the service writer, was also very helpful and friendly, looking things up for me online and let me drop off my boots and helmet there so I didn't have to lug them around with me. Jeff, the manager, was also helpful and friendly. He talked with me about the issues with Victory clutch cables. And lastly JT, the assistant manager made sure I was doing okay and talked with me about cable repair kits. I had never heard of these and sure enough found them online for a very small price. Overall a wonderful experience at Rice's and if I lived in Rapid City they would have a lifetime customer. I would give you a hundred stars but it only allows five. You guys ROCK. Thanks."

  • "I just wanted to again thank Jeff and Al for all their work at getting my 2000 Intruder running again. It ran well all the way back to Ohio. Jeff was extremely truthful with me about the bikes limitations and he was right the low end was a little noisy with a good deal of popping through the exhaust. The top end just like he told me was perfect. My tech Al knew what he was doing and had the determination to stick and get that bike running just as well as it possibly could. You people really saved my vacation and all of you in the service department have my thanks for everything you did from the work to making me feel comfortable while I waited Friday for everything to get finished up. Thanks again."

  • "I purchased a used Can-Am SE Spyder. I love the machine. Reed Rice was my salesman. What a nice young man. Got to meet his Dad Wade Rice what a nice friendly man. Very nice dealership 5 star.When ever I stop by if I don't need anything you can visit with them. Parts men are very nice. Finance personal very friendly.   • "I have want to write this note sense last years rally.thought about it many times. Just wanted to says thanks to your whole crew there. What a group of PROS . I was having a problem with my Trike and they new what it was, got the part and fixed it. They spent the time with me and made me feel like a customer. I think and felt like they gave a damn and I just was not a number. They went over the Gold Wing at my request and came back and recommended some thing I thought I should do and a few I did not even think of. After fixing my problem,oil change ,filter, new tire and a peace of mind / safety I was on my way and had a great trip. Again like to thank your crew , with special thanks to Michael Greg/ and ++"

  • "I wanted to write and say thanks to your service department. I recently completed a trip from San Antonio, Texas up through South Dakota and back down through Colorado on my Ninja 1000. While I left Texas with a new front tire, the rear had some wear, but not enough to change before the trip. By the time I had made it through Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska, and up to Deadwood, she was looking a little shy. I was calling bike dealers trying to find someone that would have a tire by Monday or Tuesday. Your guys said they had one they would hold and could help me Monday. I was there when you opened and they took me right in and got me taken care of. I also had a headlight burn out Sunday before I came in and they fixed me up with a Honda Gold Wing headlight. Both guys at the back counter were great and I really appreciate you getting me in, out and back on my trip. Thanks Glenn S. San Antonio, TX"

  • "I want to thank you for helping us out the week of July 6, especially to Scott. He was very helpful in obtaining a part for us. He took the trike for a test ride and noticed that the trike was not riding right. He found two bolts missing from the frame of the trike. Scott was very thorough in making sure the trike was safe to return home. We are bringing the trike back out to your shop in October to have it checked over thoroughly and make sure it is in good working condition. Scott did notice that the drive shaft was showing wear, with further checking, that part may need to be replaced. I will call in advance to make an appointment. We are so impressed with your service department that we are willing to travel from Iowa to service it! Sincerely, Suzanne W. Marion, IA"
